Your safety is our top priority. We do not only make sure that your stay with us is incredibly comfortable, but we take our cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. To ensure the safety of all of our guests, we follow strict COVID-19 protocols that have been recommended by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention).
All common areas sanitized
  • All common areas, including doors, seating areas, lobby fixtures, elevators, etc., are sanitized and cleaned every hour.
  • The pool is supervised and operated in accordance with county rules and is accessible only to a limited number of people to ensure social distancing guidelines are followed.
  • Chairs, railings, and fixtures cleaned after every use.
  • Hotel employees at the front desk are separated by plexiglass.
  • All hotel employees have been instructed to wear masks at all times.
  • Social distancing is strictly enforced in the lobby and all common areas.
  • Credit card machines are cleaned after every use.
  • Conference rooms are fully sanitized and cleaned after every use. (social distancing seating arrangements are being strictly followed)
To ensure the safety of our clientele, we have integrated ongoing training and access to real-time information for all of our staff. We are also closely monitoring for updates from the CDC and WHO regarding COVID-19, and are strictly following the guidelines shared by these agencies and local health departments. At the end of the day, the comfort and safety of our customers are always our top priority.
